Three linked events, designed to bring together scholars, analysts, industry leaders, journalists and legal practitioners from around the world to examine the impact of the Internet on Chinese society, and the impact of China on the new Internet world.

Oxford University, in collaboration with academic partners, will hold a ICA pre-conference, organised around a small number of plenary sessions and several streams of parallel panels.

To celebrate the conclusion of the ICA Preconference and welcome participants to CIRC11, a dinner for delegates will be held in the Senior Common Room of Balliol College on the evening of Friday 14th June 2013.
