Conference Special Issue
Submissions are invited to a special issue on the potentials and challenges of big data, to be published in the journal Policy and Internet. Submissions should be made by the end of October 2012.
The journal is edited by the Oxford Internet Institute (Editor in Chief, Professor Helen Margetts), owned by the Policy Studies Organisation (PSO), and published by Wiley-Blackwell.
Paper Prize
Paper submissions will be considered for a Best Paper Award of 300 GBP (sponsored by the journal Policy and Internet). The prize will be awarded at the closing session of the conference. As the paper is intended to be published in a future issue of the journal, authors should indicate whether they would like their paper to be considered for the prize.
Poster Prize
All accepted poster submissions will be considered for a Best Poster Award of 300 GBP (sponsored by Google). The prize will be awarded at the closing session of the conference.
