OxIS is a research project of the Oxford Internet Institute, University of Oxford.
The 2013 OxIS survey questionnaire was finished on Monday and it will go into the field beginning Saturday 2 February. We have been working on the questions for most of the past month. New questions are in response to changes in the Internet since the last survey, especially the growth of mobile use and social network sites. Those sections more than doubled in length. We hope that data will be available in early April.
